Debra Elizondo and Christie

This little Bichon Frise is full of personality and spunk. She prances and dances for her patients and has won the hearts of multiple big strong soldiers that are quickly humbled and once again become children in her presence.

With Debra, her mom, by her side, Christie is able to put smiles on faces and show her patients someone cares. She sits on laps, on wheelchairs, on beds and knees as she spreads her special kind of medicine. Christie is a happy dog that shows her emotions freely. With bows in her hair or sporting her Harley Davidson jacket, Christie steals hearts and makes the lives of those she reaches a little bit better for her having been there.
